Entitled ‘Wearing the Soul’, this is one of the photographs within the exhibition at the National Library.

Students of the Aquarius WaterSports make their way through the Careenage from Carlisle Bay.

As usual, there remains a lot to see in the City.

Local shoppers and visitors were able to witness the swinging of the bridge near Independence Square.

Additionally, later in the afternoon, students in their kayaks from Aquarius Water Sports travelled through the Careenage from Carlisle Bay under the direction of swim instructor and administrator of Aquarius Water Sport, Phillip Lashley.

Across the bridge, the National Library where summer camps are being held, visitors could also see a special Crop Over exhibition of photography entitled “Friends”. It showcased the work of Rihanna Smith, Grabriel Smith and Carl Adamson who all share similar photographic interests.

The exhibit explored a number of themes including local car racing, landscape and close up shots of every day people and life.

The exhibition will be opened from July 31 to August 31, 2017.
