Fifteen food hampers were delivered to families.
For six years, the PAHO/WHO Barbados Office has partnered with the Dayrells Road Gospel Hall Church, to give back to families in the community at Christmas time.
This year, staff donated 15 food hampers, which were officially handed over to church representative Ms. Marilyn Gamble, by Dr. Yitades Gebre, PAHO/WHO Representative for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean Countries, Mrs. Andrea Forde, PAHO staff member and one of the activity coordinators and Mr. Adrianus Vlugman, retired PAHO staff member and Santa Claus.
